Kyla Joubert, MD (second from left) is the recipient of the 2016 WTS Brigid Scanlan Traveling Mentorship Award.  She was honored to work with  Mara Antonoff, MD Assistant Professor, Thoracic & Cardiovascular Surgery, UT MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Kyla has completed three years of General Surgery training at UAMS. She is spending the next two years focused on research in Thoracic Surgery at UPMC.
