Katie Radulovacki is a fourth-year medical student at Duke University. She is passionate about surgical education and has served on the executive board of Duke’s Association of Women Surgeons chapter since her first year. She is also a co-chair of both the Surgical Education Research Group and the transplant student interest group, as well as a co-founder of the Duke chapter of the Kern National Network. She enjoys leading skills sessions and creating educational opportunities that empower her peers. Her current research focuses include flourishing and boundary-setting practices among United States surgeons and optimizing surgical treatments in pediatric orthopaedic surgery.
